Description / Special Requirements A 1 Bed Room - Special, Coronary Care will accommodate one patient for the delivery of cardiac care treatment. Glazed partition along the corridor wall is recommended for patient visibility and monitoring. Natural light and outlook is essential; the room requires the ability to view out of the window from either the chair or bed. Ensuite is required but should be located on the external wall. Other design considerations may include: - ceiilng mounted patient lift for bariatric patients. This should be provided in accordance with the hospital's service plan. - a minimum number of rooms with provisions for dialysis station are highly recommended but not mandatory.
