Description / Special Requirements The Coffee Shop Servery provides an area for food display, prepration of hot and cold drinks, ready made hot food, a serving counter and cash register. The Servery will be located with direct access from a circulation corridor and adjacent to the Dining Area, Preparation and Wash-up areas.
