Description / Special Requirements The Mental Health Assessment Room will provide for private consultation and examination of patients. Provide a discreet observation panel and lockable cupboard doors. A second egress door will be required for staff safety and security, and multiple duress alarm points. All fittings and fixtures to be suitable for mental health patients, fittings should have a breaking strain of not more than 15kg. Control panel for water to the handbasin to be easily accessible from a corridor hatch. Acoustics: Sound attenuation level - high; Acoustic privacy essential and should extend to airconditioning ductwork. Body Protected electrical area
