Description / Special Requirements Gamma Camera is a room for undertaking imaging procedures on patients using radiopharmaceutical preparations. The room requires direct access to the Control Room/ area and close access to waiting areas. Body Protected electrical area Additional Design Requirements: - Radiation sheilding to walls and glazing as advised by Radiation Consultant - Adequate airconditioning and ventilation is required for equipment functioning - Cable ducting between the table and control area may be required - Structural assessment required; average weight of camera has a point load of approximately 2 tonnes over 1m x 2m square area - Equipment and services required are to be installed to manufacturer's specifications
