A larger Interview Room to undertake confidential discussion and/ or counselling between staff, patients and or family members where required. The Interview Room may be used as a multipurpose room for small staff groups or discussions. An external outlook is desirable. The room should allow wheelchair access.
The Interview Room - Family may also be used for mental health patients. If used for this purpose an observation window (toughened glass with integral venetians) should be installed.
Acoustics: Sound attenuation level - high; Acoustic privacy required.
Additional Design Considerations:
- A second egress door may be required for staff safety and security
