Description / Special Requirements	The Scrub-up Gowning area provides an area for pre-operative scrubbing and gowning/ gloving if necessary, located in close proximity to the entrance of an operating or procedure room. Acoustics: Sound attenuation level - medium; acoustic privacy required Additional Design Considerations: - The location of the scrub sink must avoid splashing on sterile equipment - A scrub sink located in a corridor must not reduce the minimum corridor width - A minimum of 800mm is required between scrub stations - Taps to be non touch - automatically operated or foot operated - Sensor taps, if installed, should be connected to essential power supply
