Description / Special Requirements A covered, secure industrial area for use by plumbing tradespersons to manufacture, repair or service air conditioning and refrigeration plant and equipment and the hydraulics system and equipment. The workshop will be located in close proximity to storage areas for large or bulky items of building fabric, steel products and pipes. Equipment used in this area may include vices, industrial metal saws, lathe and hydraulic press, drills and grinders. The Workshop will have direct access to a Welding Booth. A Cleaning Bay will be located in close proximity for cleaning of equipment following use.
