Description / Special Requirements A multipurpose room for group therapy, treatment planning, conference, seminar, teaching and training activities. The room may be located in close proximity to a Beverage Bay and Equipment Bay as required. An external outlook is desirable. The room may be divided with an operable wall to allow two smaller meeting rooms. Acoustics: Sound attenuation level - high; Acoustic privacy essential. Additional Design Considerations: - A second egress door may be required for staff safety and security. If this door swings out into a corridor, an alcove that is deeper than the width of the door must be provided. - Additional acoustic treatment may be required if audio visual or video conferencing equipment with amplified sound is to be used
