| Description / Special Requirements | The Ensuite - Mental Health will provide a shower, toilet and handbasin for use by mental health patients. The Ensuite will be lockable and Master Keyed from the outside with a privacy snib lock on the inside The Ensuite - Mental Health may vary in configuration to suit different room types including: - ENS-MH-A Inboard Ensuite with direct access, for 1 or 2 Bed Rooms - ENS-MH-B Inboard Ensuite with access from corridor, for 1 or 2 Bed Rooms - ENS-MH-D Inboard Ensuite for 2 Bed Room, with direct access Acoustics: Sound attenuation level high; Acoustic privacy required Body Protected electrical area Additional Design Considerations: - Two floor wastes will be required - Fittings are to have a breaking strain of not more than 15 kg - Grab rails, shower and door furniture must not provide points for ligature - Cisterns should be concealed - All glazing in the room including mirror to be unbreakable - An 'observation bay' which may include thermostatic mixing & shut off valves and RCD is optional |
